Open Research Studies

The UCLA Depression Grand Challenge conducts research to further scientific understanding of the causes of depression, and to develop new and more effective treatments. By joining a study, you can contribute to research advancing our understanding of mental health and improving treatments.

Currently, several of our studies are specifically recruiting pre-menopausal, pregnant, and postpartum women. Taking part in these studies helps researchers gain valuable insights into mental health during and after pregnancy.

This portal will be updated as new studies open for recruitment, so please check back periodically.

If you are not pregnant or recently postpartum, you may view our general studies page.
